Interval Training
Resistance training, High Intensive Interval Training. Bring dumbbells, mat and water.
Kickboxing
High energy, great music. Any level can participate, go at your own pace. Bring Water.
Circuit Weights
Circuit weights class combined with High Intensity Interval Training. All fitness levels can attend. Bring dumbbells, a mat and water.
Zumba
An aerobic class that incorporates Latin dance moves and rhythms; only water and perhaps a towel are needed; fairly high cardio level, but participants can move at their own pace
PiYo
PiYo™ is a class that combines Yoga Poses with Pilates mat exercises to build CORE strength and enhance agility and balance. PiYo™ is a faster paced class than Gentle Yoga and provides a moderately challenging workout similar to Vinyasa (flow-style) yoga. Bring a mat and water bottle and we will be in bare feet or socks.
Running/Walking
Sometimes you run, sometimes you walk. It all depends on who is chasing you.
